Using this site does not constitute legal advice, and passing our practice quiz is not a guarantee of any particular result in your actual naturalization interview. Answers marked as varying by state or by current officeholder are re-checked periodically but can lag real-world changes (elections, appointments) between updates — always confirm a time-sensitive answer against uscis.gov/citizenship/testupdates.

Study Pack purchases
Study Packs (PDF downloads and the Audio Study Mode license key) are one-time, non-subscription purchases processed by our payment processor, Polar.sh. Because these are instantly delivered digital products, purchases are generally final; contact us if something didn’t deliver correctly and we’ll make it right.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape the site at high volume, attempt to circumvent Study Pack access controls, or republish the site — the underlying USCIS questions themselves are public domain and free to use anywhere, but our page text, design, and code are not.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep every answer accurate against USCIS’s published materials, but we don’t warrant that the content is error-free or current at every moment. See About for how we verify content.
